So I was doing a
little inspiration research yesterday when I came across these!
A catalogue page from
the 40’s - I love these skirts, and the detail on the waistband is lovely – you
just don’t see that sort of detail anymore!
From 1957 – Not so
sure about the sailor style but I love the fact you could buy the mother and
daughter matching pair, so cute.
Notice the sizes the
mothers dress is available in too, not so conscious about size 0 back in those
days!
This one is Kays –
from the 60’s, very mad men-esque.. Still loving the big skirts – I can see a
theme here!
I love the bodice
details on these dresses – Thank you Anita Harris from 1972!
I think those should
be enough to keep me inspired for a while!
