It is always the way - when i know i have the whole day to make things - i never actually do much!
But i did finally get round to trying out a new idea i have had in my noggin' for a while!
Considering my little spending money purses went like hot cakes at the MK fair the other week, and i had a request from a friend for a larger purse for keeping her 'knitting bits and bobs' in, i thought i would give these ones a go!
To fit even more bits and bobs into these, I managed to make the purses with flat bottoms (which is coincidentally what i now have from sitting on my bottom all day!)
I also started on some new greetings cards from the scraps of fabrics i have left over from various other projects.
So not such a bad day after all!
