Update

So what has Grace Face been up to?
We attended the Buckingham Vintage fair - http://northamptonvintagefair.blogspot.co.uk/
Lovely town hall ...
Although the fair seemed quiet, we did well and are hoping to be attending some more in the future!
This weekend just gone we made a trip to Alexandra Palace in London for The Knitting and Stitching Exhibition, we decided to drive as we usually buy so much fabric its a struggle to get it all back on the train. We got there ok but all the carparks at the palace were full! so we had to park in a shopping centre in wood green and get the bus - a little unorganised on our part but we got there eventually! Bought tonnes of fabric as usual...
These are a selection of fat quarters and half metres we picked up, probably going to be little girls dresses courtesty of momma, or purses?

I loved this print so much i had to get a metre for myself - a nice top i think, I would have bought more but it was £12 a metre so i couldn't afford anymore, but if anyone is interested, i can custom order, but the price will be a bit more than our usual items!

Some browns i bought for the autumn, only bought a little of the sewing one on the left as i felt it was a bit childish and mum wasnt keen on it for girls dresses.

And these are all the prints that i loved but are a little summery for this time of year so ill probably put these up until after xmas!

Also made up some skirts but having trouble photographing them, i really want to get all the clothes uploaded onto the online shop but its becoming such a big job im dreading doing it, so i started a little last week until it began to rain!

The ticket skirt photos i started to edit then got carried away with something else, i quite like the wooden fence affect for the backdrop, not so sure about the gravel and patio though!

This is another skirt i made up, a sample as i don't usually make elastic waist skirts but i think it looks great and the shape works well - so i may be doing more of this style, I wore this skirt to the Knit & Stitch yesterday and got many compliments, as well as one from the owner of the fabric stall i bought it from last time! - http://www.stitchfabrics.co.uk/

And as you can see - the wind was quite an issue!
So hopefully i will get back to photographing the rest in the week - although i would really like to get the pieces in the shop but ive been holding them back so i could photo them - what i dilema!
Well only 2 and a half weeks to the Handmade and Vintage fair at the Centre MK in Milton Keynes, so i have loads to get on with!
